"I ordered some headlight assemblies for my wife's Chevy Impala from headlightsdepot.com on a Sunday evening. I got an email, but no order # in the email. I got a little concerned, and started researching them, found a pretty negative feedback on ripoffreport . com. Finding out their offices were in Ft Lauderdale, I got doubly concerned. Hurricane Irma was raging across Florida, I had these horrible visions of my headlights not showing up for months. I sent an email that night through the contact us on headlightsdepot.com page, fearing the worst. Much to my surprise, they contacted me the next business day, few hours into it. Let me know my headlights should be shipping out today, and they were stored in a warehouse not in Florida. Shortly after, I received a shipping email that contained the order #. My headlights showed up three days later on Wednesday. Installed that evening, no issue. Quality on the headlights was great considering they under cut the nearest competitor by 50%. Definitely recommend them."
