"I placed an order on Jan 14, 2010 for a Bluetooth headset. Headset Bros charged my credit card on Jan 17. After 2 weeks, I e-mailed them because I hadn't received my order. No response... so I tried calling them but had to leave a message on their voice mail. They never called me back! Sent another e-mail which went unanswered. One month later, I discover that they credited my credit card for the amount of my order. Very poor customer relations!! The website claimed my item was in stock, but they never sent it to me or contacted me about it! I will never order from Headset Bros again!"
