"I am pleased that I have found a natural remedy to treat my eczema. Prior to using the Calendula oil, I had numerous "pustules" on the inflamed area. " Because I have experienced good results from a different Healing Natural Oils product in the past, when I decided to proactively remove a few bothersome moles, I looked to see if HNO carried such a product. I was pleased to find that they did. I placed my order, and waited. When my package arrived, I was disappointed to find that the package was empty, except for the instruction manual that covers all of the HNO products.
The envelope that the order was mailed to me in seemed to be less than ideal for mailing a glass bottle in, so I assumed that an error had taken place at the shipping end.

I called customer service, and a very polite lady with a lovely British accent fielded my complaint. She asked if the package was damaged, and I told her that it did not appear to be. She was a bit confused, but promised me that another bottle would be shipped immediately, and true to her promise, it was. I received it in due time, in the same envelope style packaging, but this time with the product within.

Because the same type of package was used, I went back and re-examined the first envelope that arrived without any product within. Sure enough, closer inspection revealed a very narrow slit at a corner seam of the envelope. Perhaps then, my initial report of an undamaged package was not entirely correct, and somewhere en-route, the envelope was slit at the seam and the product removed. I am uncertain, but that may indeed be the case.

I have found the service of Healing Natural Oils to be impeccable. I would however suggest upgrading to a bit more substantial shipping box of cardboard, rather than an envelope for shipment. As long as the buyer is paying for shipping, at least an option for better packaging would be appreciated.

I am very pleased with the service that I received from Healing Natural Oils. Customer Service is fast becoming a thing of the past for too many companies, but thankfully there are companies like this one who still adhere to such high standards.
