"In March 2019 I ordered a product. Was told it was backordered. I was charged for the product as well. They have the same product in the smaller size available. I sent an email to see if they would send me the equivalent or refund my money. I have yet to hear back. Customer service is not so good They should provide other options or refund the money. "

"I ordered a product on March 6, 2019. I have not received the product yet. They sent me an email the day after I ordered and said the product was on back order. They did not give me a new anticipated arrival day nor did they ever contact me again until after I requested a refund March 30, 2019. Then they sent me a message saying that their bank received a charge back notification saying the charge was not authorized even though my Chase clearing shows the charge went through on March 7 and there is no reverse charge on my account. Very disappointed because I heard positive things about their products but I will NOT order for them again. Also now I am going to have go through Chase to dispute this charge. "

"When you call customer service you are invited to leave a message. When they do not have a product on hand, they do not bother to notify the customer or keep them apprised of the order status. They do not email you a copy of your order, no invoice even though the payment is taken from your card. Not impressed with this company."

"The oils were delivered quickly. The oils are great quality and after a few weeks of application, my hemorrhoid was gone! After it was completely gone, I stopped using the oils and it hasn't come back."
