"If it wasn't for H-Fissure, I would be in terrible trouble with an impending surgery - as I ran out of solutions after 6 weeks of medical treatment which went from bad to worse... and I would still be in a world of pain with no easy way out!

H-Fissure is so efficient that the bleeding stopped after 5 days and I had to stop the recommended treatment after 7 days. I only used it afterwards when absolutely needed (in case of bleeding after a bowel movement). I stopped putting any of it under my feet as I found it potent enough when applied locally.

In parallel, for anyone out there with a fissure, you will need to buy a "Sitz bath" which is a must; you must also change your nutrition to keep your stools smooth and take some pills (prescription) that will help you to be regular without becoming addicted to laxatives. Also, avoid and /or minimize any food that could defeat your purpose.

In addition, get one of these yoghurts that contains a lot of that bacteria which rebuilds the intestines. Also, mix 2 tea spoons of powdered cinnamon with 4 tea spoons of liquid honey and have about 2 tea spoons of that mix per day - this is known to be a "wide scope" remedy with no undesirable side effects.

Last but not least, try to guarantee that the bowel movement will not hurt or you will ruin your day. I found a way: you can get at the pharmacy a "rectum syringe". These are used for enemas. Put some Vaseline along the shaft of the plastic insert. This will give you a way to lubricate the passage and make an easier transition that way. You may want to inject a little bit of lukewarm water - if you are not bleeding.

Anyway, with all this advice, I bought first a small bottle of H-Fissure and then I bought a big one - just to make sure I will have some when / if I should need it in the future. Fissures can heal completely but can also come back if your nutrition is no longer good or if you run into constipation problems. Good luck and hang in there!"
