"I purchased an item through this company's website and during the process their cart crashed. I had no indications that the purchase completed, so I purchased through Amazon but also from them. They refused to help me even though they knew the extenuating circumstances and charged a 20%!!!!! restocking fee. Customer service was combative and unhelpful. "I ordered an Ameda Purely Yours Breast Pump from Healthcheck Systems, Inc off the Amazon.com website. I received the breast pump yesterday only to find out the Personal Hygiene Seal was BROKEN on the retail box, the dual hygienikit bag was cut open and there were breast milk spots on the bottles and flanges and there were breast milk SPLATTERS on the breast pump itself!! I paid $159.95 and NEVER expected to receive a USED breast pump for that price. They CLAIM they receive their breast pumps directly from Ameda. I called Ameda this morning and the customer service agent, Wendy Poole, reassured me they NEVER ship USED breast pumps to their distributors. My advice, NEVER purchase from Healthcheck Systems Inc. You never know who used your order or what disease you just might contract!"

"I had the worst experience ever with this company! When I received the heart rate monitor that I ordered from this company it was defective. The numbers on the face did not fully show up and you could not read the date, time or heart rate readings. I also did not receive the free fat caliper and polar planning kit that was supposed to come with my purchase. I followed all the instructions to return the defective product to HealthCheck Systems for an exchange; however, I never received a replacement and for the past several weeks HealthCheck Systems has told me that it doesn't show in their system that my return has ever been processed in their warehouse. I mailed the package on March 3rd; it is now the end of April. Basically, healthcheck systems took my money and never sent me what I ordered. Their customer service is absolutely horrible! They keep giving me the run around and will not direct me to a manager! I highly recommend that you DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HEALTHCHECK SYSTEMS! They are not a reputable company and deliver defective products and scam people out of money!"
