"I purchased Optimal Vitamin C Powder - 180 Grams by Seeking Health . Shipping was very high. It was $10 for the 7oz container.
When the product arrived I opened it to find that the powder had clumped up. Not what I would be expecting from a powder product. I contacted the company hoping to get a replacement product. However, I was informed that it was normal for a powder to clump if its in a humid environment. This led me to believe that they don't keep their goods at a stable temperature before shipping. I would expect the product to clump at my house but would expect to receive an unclumped product from a seller.
As a result, I will not order from them again."
"I generally have had a good experience with HealthE Goods, however my past order, order number 169386, was received with the most important and expensive part of my order MISSING. Update- They re-sent my product. Later, I noticed my bucket was rusting. It should not do this. I received an email from them stating that I would receive a replacement bucket, as they were replacing ALL defective buckets. Despite emailing them twice, they never sent it. I am incredibly disappointed as now I am stuck with a defective product. "
"I bought three packages of Lypo-Spheric vitamin C. The packages arrived in about five days. The product works fantastically well. It saved my sister from a flu that would normally last about a month into only a four day illness. I gave 5 packets to a friend who now wants to buy two packages for herself. She says it saved her from a flu with which she was coming down. I am all out of the Lypo-C and now must order more as my sister and her husband took two of the packages."
"Terrible, terrible customer service. They sell products that don't work well, at least in my case. Then if you have a return, they charge you 10% restock fee even for an unopened item. I've never had a restock fee with any item purchased online, though, I rarely have to return items. I sent my items back to them using their RMA number for a return that they provided and never received a refund as they claimed they never received the box I sent back to them. Awful company."
"Totally scammed me on shipping! I paid for 2nd day air for some very important products after being in the ER. I paid over $16.00 for 2nd Day Air and never got the items. One of the items came, but the others did not. The rude guy on the phone said he would not give me a full refund on shipping, even though they offer free ground shipping orders and I will have to wait 5-7 days for the other items on my order. "Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C was first introduced to my daughter, suffering from Lyme disease with co infections about 15 months ago. It became highly recommended by her dentist. She uses the product on a regular basis. She has little to no immune system. My 76 years old mother also takes the product. Her overall health has been excellent. When my family starts showing symptoms of a cold or flu they take the product 3 times a day. Symptoms improve in a couple of days. My family will continue using this wonderful product."

HealthE Goods takes too long to get orders into the mail.
I order regularly from Swanson and from Jo Mar Labs. With Swanson, if I get the order placed before noon, it goes into the mail system that day. With Jo Mar, it usually gets into the mail system the same day if I order before about 2 p.m., and sometimes even if I order by about 2:30 p.m.
With this latest HealthE Goods order I paid for 2-day mail. I ordered on Friday afternoon. Because I ordered about 2:30 p.m. by HealthE Goods' time, I can understand why they would not get it into the mail that day. But they did not get it to the Post Office until 4:58 p.m. on Monday, and it did not get to me until Thursay.
That means that a 2-day express order, for which I paid a good amount of money, took SIX days to get to me. That is unacceptable, even with a weekend involved.
Quick2you is not perfect on order fulfillment, but they do a much better job than HealthE Goods. Because of this, I have switched to Quick2you as my first choice. I have also asked Swanson to start stocking Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C. If they do that, I probably will switch to them, since their prices are great and they are the best I have found yet at getting things in the mail quickly (except for Jo Mar, who sell mostly amino acids).
