"Poor customer service. I placed an order on 12/12 which immediately went on hold waiting for me to call and verify information. I called and verified my information and was told the order would ship immediately. After waiting 2 weeks and the order never arrived, I went to check the status of the order on-line and the website couldn't find my order. I tried calling and couldn't get hold of anyone because their system said that their reps were all busy and was told to just leave a message. I sent an email and never heard back. Called a few more times and finally got hold of a person who said that they don't know what ever happened to my order. They said they'd process my order again. I asked for them to waive the shipping charges for my inconvenience and they told me they wouldn't do that. Doubtful that I'll use this vendor again."

My only suggestion is more economical packaging... basically, a smaller box to fit the size of the contents.
This way it can be sent USPS 1st class - a fast, more cost-effective method for light-wieght items (under 14 oz).
