"Overall, a good ordering process, but was difficult to navigate to my active prescriptions. Prescriptions I was shown first were previous orders and I tried to order from them, but it requested a new prescription even though I had 3 left until 2025. So, I ordered and then requested a new prescription from my doctor. After the ordering process I found that I could navigate to my active prescriptions at the "My Account" tab at the top of the page on the left. This was not intuitive and should be the default page instead of orders."

"I tried to order a refill of my drug. I got a message stating that a doctor would have to prescribe it although my Account indicated that I had 3 refills remaining. I tried to send a message from the Support page but it wasn't working. Finally I "chatted" with an HW representative who told me to go ahead an place the order and it wouldn't require the new prescription. I did so, a bit worried that I would hear from my doctors office, asking "what's going on here?" But the order arrived a couple days later without incident. I also had problems (of a different type) with an order I placed earlier this year. HW seems to have more technical problems that other retail web sites I deal with."
