Customer Service responds promptly but the mailing label continues to not include it. This has resulted in delays of my meds to the point that I've almost run out. I am frustrated. Wish we could ensure the correct shipping label gets created every 6 months without this issue. Then they sent a survey which I could not submit so I dropped it to a one-star. But thanks for asking!"

"I was asked to call a number and place an order for my remote. After providing all the information and agreeing to sign up for something, I was told I would get free shipping. Then after placing the order I was told it would take 5-7 days to receive the remote. I then informed them that would not work because I had a scheduled sleep study and needed my remote sooner. I was then charged another $299.00 and then $15 more for shipping. Total $ 613.00 and I took 5 days to receive my remote. I was not informed they would charge me twice and the representative taking my order never explained how long it would take to receive nor explained the process of the order or any requests in the shipping process. I was not even aware I had to pay for the remote and thought it would be covered by insurance. There was absolutely no communication regarding the process, they just wanted my information and there payment. I called back when I noticed I was charged twice and again, they could not assist me and I was told it would be credited in a couple days. I was so very dissatisfied by the level of communication and care this company has with their customers and patients. My doctor called in the prescription and spoke to “Emily” and then I called to place the order. Emily told me she had not received the prescription although she was the exact person my doctor spoke to when they called in the prescription. They operate too fast and don’t listen to the customer. The only thing on their agenda is to take your information and your money. No concern for the customer. "
