"A compounding pharmacy should know better and ensure that the medication they are shipping is packaged properly. This pharmacy shipped out my senaglutide Rx in a thin flimsy FedEx envelope with one small note pad size ice pack from Kentucky to Southern CA! We are in summer now and it is anywhere between low to high 80s here. My package arrived with a melted ice pack and all the contents, envelope, ice pack, container, and vial were all very warm to the touch. Package left out baking in the heat and not even put in the shade or in the mailbox. The medication degraded due to long exposure to heat and no longer effective, safe to use. Very irresponsible of this pharmacy considering they are shipping out meds that must be refrigerated and kept cold. They have no sent replacement in 2 weeks so I canceled my subscription."

"This is the first delivery from this pharmacy and in comparison to the previous one we had deliveries from it was not great. It was on time but the shipment was supposed to be cold. It only had a small tiny cool pack that was already hot when delivered. I picked up my package immediately as it was delivered so it wasn't from sitting outside all day. I haven't used the drug yet so I'm not sure if the quality is impacted though. "
