"Your website used to be much more functional, in that I could search for active prescriptions and refill them online. Now I have to call to refill, which is more hassle and takes longer. Also the progress status of an order is not updated frequently enough with sufficient information: order hung at order placed and would not progress. Only by calling again was I able to find out that a new prescription was needed, while your website showed that there was still one refill remaining.
Customer experience would be much higher if the website actually worked. For some reason, its functionality has gone backwards compared to what it used to be, when a refill order could just be placed online, information such as requiring a new prescription would immediately show up during the ordering process, etc."

As the title said, a plastic bottle was broken inside and the contents spread through the box, I don't know ow of I should throw it out or keep it as there are also shards of plastic mixed with the pills. I do not see any real signs of the box or corners being crushed, but there really wasn't anything but a piece of paper inside and it wouldn't absorb any impact. What I'm trying to say is either the bottle had a stress crack or it didn't take much of a hit to the box to break the bottle open. I know bubble wrap is expensive and you try to keep the price down for customers and your profits, but I might suggest a slightly larger box and then wrap the contents in a liner of cardboard which is much cheaper. I'm not planning on asking for a replacement bottle, "
