"The website doesn't display accurate, up-to-date information about prescriptions available for refill, so I have to call or email whenever I want to order. The last time I did, I was told, "You can order from the expired prescriptions and mark them as new/unfilled. Also mark thath [sic] the doctor is going to call or fax. They will not have to, but this has to be marked for the order to go through."
They issued a credit after the last review I wrote, and I couldn't even apply that on the website. Called in and was told to place the order and they'll apply it on their end.
Fix the website. It's been "going through updates" for far too long now. I'll probably have to go elsewhere once my refills run out, because the ordering process is so maddening."
