"I have been ordering the same med for over 7 years from Health warehouse. The last 2 times though, the site wouldn't let me order saying I needed a renewal on my rx. Yet on the site it also said the rx was good til 2025. I had to call customer services to order and they said the site's been having trouble for months, with lots of complaints. I received an email confirming shipment of my order and it is now 10 days later and I have still not received it. In the past I've been pleased with Health warehouse, but something is amiss there now. Please fix it."
