"I have been waiting now for about 10 days for my medication which was originally in my home state and in my city!! But then got shipped across the country. I’ve been experiencing some of the worst withdrawals of my life because they haven’t delivered my medication on time. They are benzos as well, so it’s incredibly dangerous to be taken off of them cold turkey. I’ve been having to deal with confusing messages about where my medication is and I still have yet to be told an estimated arrival date. I am furious. "

It's scary to have your medications not delivered on time, and even scarier to have to deal with withdrawals and symptoms. The postal service sent your package to the wrong distribution center by mistake - hence why it was sent across the country twice for no reason. I'm going to have some internal credit added to your account for future use. I know this doesn't fix what happened, but I hope it gives us a chance to show you we can do better.
