Order # 100138614, A month passed no delivery the chair I ordered. Whenever I chat or call their standard answers is " SIR Please wait 2 days sir." They dont understand you what you are trying to say but they will only say Sir please wait 2 days.

If you want to buy dont buy through healthgenie, never visit website. They cheat you with minimal price, later you have to suffer.thew way I suffered.

Now they are not even helping, no refund, no product. AM going for filing a case.

Better go for direct purchases in your area or order though other websites such as Amazon, Flipkart etc.
