"Got my product the other day when I checked the boxes I noticed I was missing 100pounds of weights. I called the help desk and was told they would get back to me. A day later the help desk said the delivery company said I signed for it all and in a round about way it was my fault. I sent I pic of the receipt to Health Styles showing them It didn't say how many I was supposed to get and they told me they have had problems with this delivery company before. They were supposed to come straight to my house but stopped in two different states before making it to my house. With that said I received no phone call back yesterday like they said they would to resolve this issue. Not my problem where the weights are or whose at fault be it Health Styles or the delivery company. Health Styles should ship my weights ASAP and figure out whose at fault after the customer is satisfied. When you spend a $1000 or more you kind of expect a little more. Anyways after assembly the gym is well built and looks like a commercial peace except for the rust on the welds and multiple scratches all over the equipment. Satisfied with the build and looks but NOT the service thus far, Hard to take full advantage of my $1000 gym with only 50lbs. of weights.
