"We placed an order. The order included our full address, which includes our unit number in our condominium. It was shipped via UPS, but the unit number was not included on the UPS label. We had not received the item after six days. The UPS tracking information indicated that it was delivered to “other“. We called UPS and discovered that the shipping label (created by UPS from HealthyKin data) was inaccurate. The order was delivered to the wrong address. Today the package arrived at our address. The package was partly open, but the items look unharmed. It appears to be the original shipment (not the replacement that was offered by HealthyKin -- thanks!). So the rating is upgraded to Very Good. I just sent HealthyKin a note saying there is no need to send a replacement. It was good to them to offer to do so."
