"My order was sent to the wrong address and seller refused to take responsibility. I ordered some items and paid via PayPal.. Any order using Paypal is automatically sent to address PayPal has on file. In my case it was the correct address. Apparently a few years ago I purchased something from this vendor. I had no recollection.. On this present purchase I bought items using their "guest" process. And used Paypal to complete purchase that would use PayPal's default info (address info.) to complete purchase.
There is obviously a problem with their software.. It ignored PayPal's info and used an old address and sent the items. When I discovered this, they refused to accept responsibilty and questioned me even after I sent them a screenshot of the correct address on PayPal. Their response, "how do you think we got your address? " Even after I sent them proof of correct address at PayPal site.. Poor customer service and cheap beyond cheap.. This was a $15 dollar transaction.. Don't use any vendor who in the face of proof they were wrong, denies the proof and is so cheap, refuse to honor a $15 transaction.. "
“You did not place an order with us a few years ago. We shipped your order to the PayPal supplied address. It is not technically possible to obtain a different address from PayPal. This is after taking PayPal payments for over 15 years. Also, the shipping address is displayed to you during the entire checkout process, including the final confirmation page where you are supposed to review the details of your order before clicking the final checkout button. You had ample opportunity to modify the shipping address before checking out. We also do not appreciate the language you used to berate our customer service employee. "The representative that I spoke with was uninformed of all the types of products made by a company that manufactures several lines of washes that are used for different types of uses. The product I had ordered was an antiseptic/antimicrobial wash that he tried to convince me that it was the same formula of what I had received. What I received was a hand wash, but not an antiseptic and antimicrobial wash. It is a big difference when sanitizing your hands and arms before inoculation of mushroom grow bags for gourmet mushrooms. The inoculation step is the most crucial step where cleanliness is paramount to prevent contamination of the culture. I really tried to explain to him the difference but he would not budge. This company really needs to invest into training of anyone who is responding to issues like this.
I contacted the manufacturer to make sure I was right before explaining to Dan that his take on the formula being the same thing. I was right. The product doesn’t even smell the same. I should know. I have been using Hibiclenz antiseptic and antimicrobial since 2012 prior to a neck surgery and post surgery per instructions from my surgeon. "
