"The store feels like a sham. Right from the start they stated that they were out of stock of the product I ordered. There is nothing unreasonable about this. They asked us to wait a week, and as an incentive they would send us 2 bottles of the dietary suppliment (we ordered 1) that we ordered due to them having taken so long to respond or alter my order in anyway. We waited two weeks, still nothing. March 12th, 2006 I called, spoke with a young woman on the phone whom I cancelled my order with and stated that it would take up to five business days for my money to be put back into my account. They never entered the cancellation request, and five business days after my request, no money was returned to me. I called them three times personally afterwards expressing my malcontent with their business practices and demaded my money back. My wife called twice with the same message. Finally, I decided to pop off an email to them stating that I will be taking legal action against the company, and I will. They strike me as fruadulant and elusive. It is near the end of March, and I still have yet to recieve either the product or my money (I want the money). I stated to them that should I recieve the product I would sent it back and expect a FULL refund. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureu to collaborate with my legal advisors so as to ensure that this company will never rip off another human being for the rest of time. THEY ARE WORTHLESS"
