"Our Old English Sheepdog was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and it costs us hundreds of dollars each month. I decided to try a medication order for one of his prescriptions through Healthy Pets. After placing the order I received a message that it was backordered. Over a month later, they shipped the medication (and charged me) without even an email that the order was filled. Unfortunately, my dog passed away before the order was received. I got the package a few days later and did not open it and requested a return label (which I received via email). I sent back the unopened package which they received on October 31st. It is now close to 2 weeks later (and multiple phone calls and emails) and they keep telling me that I will eventually be reimbursed. It is bad enough that my lovable dog passed, but they should at least have some compassion and remedy the situation. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service and lack of response."
