"Why is promo code not applicable?"
"i placed an order for 2 items. I was contacted by healthy pets to say one item was out of stock & removed from my order. It has been nearly 18 days, i have recieved no item, i emailed twice & have gotten NO response to either.
assuming the site was inundated with orders & emails, i waited patiently for the item, but its way too long now at nearly 3 weeks.. can't see any way to edit, cancel or track the order. ironically, there are apparently multiple ways to "reorder" said item.. yea.. have to actually GET the order, in order to "reorder" the order, wouldnt you say?"

I have placed 4 orders at this site, and received only 1. They have charged me for one order I never received. I have reached out to them several times by email, their own contact method on their site, and have received no responses. I have called several times, waited on hold for up to an hour, with no way to leave a voice message, and then repeatedly I am disconnected. I know times are difficult these days but their customer service is unacceptable. I can not understand why they have not replied to my repeated emails. I do not recommend this site, they are the worst I have ever had to deal with. I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau."
