"The last time I ordered dog chews, I ordered "Small" for my 23 lb. miniature schnauzer. The "small" size chews that arrived are for dogs under 11 lbs. There was nothing on the website about the weight of the dogs. When I called customer service for a return authorization, I was on hold for over 7 minutes and then disconnected. The second time I called I was on hold for over 9 minutes and was again disconnected. I guess I will keep them and just not order from them again. I am actually LESS THAN SATISFIED."
