"I have placed 2 different orders in the past several months. The 1st order (7/26 - 8562363) was continually delayed by back ordered items which was ridiculous because the portion of my first order should have been shipped immediately yet it sat stagnating in your warehouse. Only after complained numerous times & finally demanded to have my order sent & to cancel the one remaining backordered item was the majority of the order finally sent. I was promised a 10% discount for my inconvenience. On my 2nd order (9/9 - 8671944), I used the welcome 10% discount. I requested my inconvenience 10% discount on top of that was was told that I have to call 1st & talk to a real person. I'm tired of all the work it takes to deal with your company. I'm not sure that I will use my 10% inconvenience discount to order a 3rd time. It's exhausting. "
"My experience was poor at best. This site is guilty of false advertising regarding the free shipping promo on over 85.00. When I placed a dog food order the sight indicated only $$ needed to qualify for free shipping. After placing a second item in cart the site indicated I qualified for free shipping. Upon checking out received a message indicating one item did not qualify. I called the CS number listed on the site - was on hold over 10 minutes prior to being disconnected. Chatted on line with a CS person who informed me dog food did not qualify. She told me to call for a quote. Then wrote that the site was having technical difficulties with the phone and she could not help pricing shipping cost for an order of two 30 lb bags. I eliminated one bag and requested a price for the remaining bag. She put me on a Chat hold. When we resumed the chat she required the name of the dog food ( which I provided). I wanted to know why the name of the dog food was needed in order to provide a quote, the reply was "because the site sells a lot of different kinds. Put me on hold and resumed chat to ask what the zip was. Then resumed chat with a ridiculous price that increased an okay price by 62%. Does any all of this make sense? Poor customer service. Healthy Pets is a hassle- leads one to believe there are no exclusions advertised. Healthy Pets puts you on an extended period of time then hangs up? The Chat CS person lacks the skill required to provide information that leaves one with a good buying experience. Never again! I cannot recommend you waste your time. "

When it arrived, one or more of the bottles had leaked into the mailing bag. All of the paperwork was a soggy blob in the bag and stuck to the bottles. The mail carrier placed in in a small trash bag to be able to deliver it."
