"Placed an order and recieved an email that the item was on Back order. At first, I was a bit upset because my order was for some ear medicine for a dog that has chronic ear infections so I needed this stuff quickly. What upset me was that I felt that it should have stated on the website that it would be on back order. In previous instances I have seen stores state that an item was on back order and it took months to get. I was pleasantly surprised that it only took a few days until they recieved my order and quickly shipped it out to me. So even though I had hoped to recieve it a few days sooner, they were very quick to ship it once recieved. I had been afraid I was going to have to order it from somewhere else because I was not in a position to "wait"."
