"I placed an order on a Sat. night. The order confirmation email showed the address was missing the house # and the word "road". I tried to go to "my account" on their web site, but the site didn't let me change anything, even though it said, "we have 2 addresses connected to your account". So I called. No one answered. Just an outgoing message. When I called again on Sunday, no one answered. Then I called again on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday), and was told I "should have called" over the weekend. Um...I DID! I was then told that there was "nothing" that could be done to fix the address issue because the package had "probably" already left the warehouse. The receptionist talked down to me, gave me excuses and tried to lie to me. I asked for a confirmation email that specified whether my package had indeed left the warehouse. She said she's email me EITHER way. I never got an email. So I called back. And I was on hold for FIFTEEN minutes. Then I was told that the package HAD left the warehouse and couldn't be intercepted. I was told that within a few hours, I would receive an email with a tracking number so I could try to track the package with the hopes that, despite the address error, it would reach me. I have NO email. When I checked the site for an update to my order just now, it still says "warehouse". I've been lied to several times. I am disgusted. This business is POORLY run and a disgrace. Had I known that this was the same company as EntirelyPets, I never would have placed the order. I banned Entirely Pets long ago for these same types of customer service problems. I am currently ON HOLD again, waiting for someone to answer my call and FIX these problems. Since my items haven't even left the warehouse, II want my order canceled NOW!"

"I love buying my pet supplies at Healthy pets. They always have some sort of deal going on and most times free shipping. They have all the products I need for my cats and dogs. They ship fast and I always get exactly what I orderd. Thanks Healthy Pets, keep up the great work!"
"My order came and was not right. Instead of what I ordered I received something completely different. It's almost as thought their warehouse did not even look at the label on the product before they put it in the box. Then when I asked to have the correct product sent over night (on them) they told me "a manager had to approve that and there was no manager there". What I had originally ordered was One AC for horses and my horse is a non-sweater and once you start them on ONE AC, you have to continue; you cannot run out of product or the horse will not survive the heat. It's literally life or death for the horse. Anyway, I'm thinking your hold advertisement is all about "the health and what is good for the pet". So, if that's your motto, then show me you are concerned about the pet, call a manager and get the product sent out to me overnight. I spent $85.00 and what I needed did not arrive. So Frustrating. I told them I will never order from them again. I'm anxious to see if they put their "good for the pet" attitude out front when it's their money being spent and let's see what arrives in my mailbox and when. I will keep you posted."
"I received the incorrect produt. I put incorrect product in the mail for return shipment mail the next day. They sent me the correct produt billed me AGAIN for the correct item they re-sent to me. I called once and was advised I should not have been billed again for the product. I Was advised that it would be credited to my charge card. After 6 days there was no activiety on my account. Called again. Was reassured that it would be credited, still no debit to my account.
Not a very good way to do business.
I have dealt with this company many times in the past with no problem, but current situation leads me to wonder about their business practices."
