"I ordered three items. After four days of no shipping notification, I contacted the company to ask why my order hadn’t shipped. They were very prompt to respond, but told me that one of the items was on back order with no restocking date…. Ok I understand that so why not go ahead and ship the other two items and just send an email saying that. If there’s no restocking date, don’t hold other items that could be shipped. I just wonder how long it would have taken to ship the other two items had I not contacted them myself. Overall, I think this is a good company with great prices and good customer support, but maybe a little more logistics are needed in the shipping department. "
