"Placed an order with Healtylegs.com July 25th 2007
Got confirmation and was told order would be sent.
After repeated e mails I was told the items were out of stock, but they would be shipped Aug 24th with a confirmation e mail the day of mailing.
Nothing!!!
Asked to let me know alternative socks that were in stock, but no response.
Nothing on site shows what is out of stock so you rely on company to ship what you order.
If I had not sent repeated e mails, I would have not known what was going on with them.
Found out my credit card was charged, so I asked for a refund which card co. is looking into.

Placed order on 4/11/07. Received email confirmation and shipment date of 4/20/07. Credit card was charged. Received email about delayed shipment, now set for 5/10/07. On 5/20, no product yet, so I emailed them yet again and was told "will ship next Monday" (i.e. 5/28). On 5/25, I emailed and cancelled order -- no response. On 5/29, I emailed again to cancel. They finally acknowledged email, said they would cancel order and issue refund. No refund issued yet.
I had to resort to contacting credit card to reverse charges. As of 6/27/07, still no refund. I filled complaint with BBB and credit card company. Check out BBB website and note the major number of similar complaints: http://www.thebbb.org/commonreport.html?bid=75004008
In my opinion, this company is a scam and should be avoided.
Also, be advised to keep a sharp watch on your credit card for mysterious online purchases subsequently appearing."

"As others have said here stay away from this store. They don't tell you up front if an item is on back order and they bill immediatelly (now through Google). I have never received the items. The item will always be "shipping next week". I just left them a message to cancel my order and have also contacted my credit card company."
"I place an order with HealthyLegs on 6/10/06. As of 10/1/06, I has still not received anything and was given the run-around through a couple of emails about a delay.
I tried to cancel my order through email, but received no response. I called them numerous times and only got their voicemail which they never returned.
I eventually contacted my credit card company to receive the refund.

" I placed an order with Healthy Legs on 9/09/06. They charged my credit card on 9/11. Shipment was scheduled for 9/20.
I am writing this on 11/07 and have still not gotten my order. I emailed them twice by normal email and twice by their on-line form.
I did find their phone number on my credit card statement and called them. Got a voicemail message. I did leave them a message.
My intention is to contact my card company tomorrow and reverse the charge.
This is without a doubt the worst on-line company I've ever dealt with."
