"Ordered 2 bottles of Dr.Bronners product. They called me and emailed me to verify that it was me using my card(first time buyer). The woman I spoke with was friendly and helpful. She confirmed my order and gave me a tracking number. Two days later my items were here just as described! I am not sure why there are such terrible reviews on this website however I will definitely be using them in the future! "

"Heed my warning and avoid all the troubles these people are about to inflict on you. Keep your money in your pocket. It was my first purchase with them, I didn't know any better! Worst online business ever. I ordered a bunch of Profibe from them, never received the package from the their incredibly unknown and incompetent shipping company (OnTrac), then got charged by Healthy Planet Shopping for a 15% ($20) restocking fee because the delivery guy failed to delivery by promised date 2 days and made up a bogus excuse indicating my address was "insufficient" and sent it back without any attempt at actually delivery. What does Healthy Planet do--they happily refunded me but kept $20 as a restocking charge, blamed me for providing them an incorrect address. While I repeatedly communicated with both OnTrac and Healhty Planet about the address question since the day I was notified there was a confusion. I will never deal with this business again. By the way, VitaminLife shares the same customer service department with Healthy Planet Shopping. Outrageous scoundrels "
"I ordered a product on May 9, 2016 and it was not due to be delivered until May 18, 2016. I called to inquire about why it was taking so long to be delivered and was told that it was only one day late. The so-called manager that told me this felt that being one day late for delivery was not a big deal. I will not order from this company again! "
"In order to receive the free shipping I ordered extra products. When my order arrived the primary product I wanted wasn't there. When I ordered online there was no indication the product wasn't in stock and nothing on the packing slip with the products that did arrive indicating a back order. I called their Toll Free Number but hung up after 20 minutes on hold. I then emailed their order department and received a response that they shipped what product they had in stock but said nothing about when the primary product would be back in stock. I would not do business with HealthyPlanet again. Telling an online whether the product is available or not is 1.01."
" I've never ordered from this site before so I was a bit iffy about buying. I took the plunge since it was the best price I found plus had free shipping! I ordered some bulk organic raspberry leaf tea on a weekend and it was shipped on Monday! It took till Friday I believe to get to me and I was super happy with the amount. It tastes good and will last me a long time! I'll definitely order from this company again."
