"Long wait for order to arrive. Customer service person lied to me and said it was shipped at week 2. Now that it arrived, the boots run very large and i need to return them for a smaller size. Not the best overall experience."
"First the system was not able to match my shipping and billing address which had no differences. Second the system never accepted my Discover credit card, yet others had already accepted it, (and is a very valid card). I had to use a secondary credit card that I use only occasionally. Finally got the items accepted and shipped. "
