"Have dealt with Heartland America many times over the years, love their products and prices. Only complaint would be the use FEDEX for shipping, and they have a hard time getting it right. I have bought, saws, radio's, towels, blankets, and fans from them. Their customer service has always been excellent, and helpful. Will continue to buy from them in the future.

"I sent the email blow about dissatisfaction with the online experience. Trisha Swain responded and magic occurred. Questions about Value Club were answered and the website immediately changed so I could see products. I can now see what to order. I am sooooo appreciative. Call or write customer service about anything.
Last three times or more, the website is paragraphs about products instead of photos of products where I, as a consumer, can decide how much I want to learn about a product. I have not even located on line the items described under departments.
To top it all off, Heartland could not locate the value club membership purchased in September-4 months ago- and could not find me as a customer even under my e-mail.
A lovely person helped me when I called in and took my order on the phone. And- I purchased another value club membership.
This is small compared to how the website was ruined. If I am missing some option to view the items to choose about which I would like more information. Please let me know. Better yet, state how to view before the paragraphs begin-in big letters if it is already on the page somewhere. I have been a customer for sometime, have therefore participated in the profit for the company, and have placed my first order in month. Should the website continue as it is, I will not be purchasing from the website ever."
