"Everything went well with my ordering at Heartmonitors.com. The website was easy to use and was well laid out. The reason I went to the website in the first place is because I got a coupon for a New Balance running GPS watch from active.com. The only problem I've come across is that I ordered on August 7th and I was told I would get priority shipping for free. I never got anything in the mail so I finally decided to call. The customer service lady was really nice but she told me that they just got the watch on Monday, August 13th and that it should come to me by Saturday. The only problem I had with this is that I wanted to gift the watch as a gift on the week of the 7th. I wish there was an option to do express shipping because I would have paid the extra few dollars to get the watch on time. Also, I wish I had gotten an email telling me that the watch would not be available until the next Monday.
