"Ok, ordered the new Timex GPS watch on 3-9-12. Website said same day shipping for orders before 1pm. Didn't happen. I called and the rude rep told me as the website says, 3-4 weeks for shipping. (Which at that point the website did say that.) I gave her the benefit of doubt and decided to wait. Last week received email that watch would be shipped on 4/2/12. It's 4/5/12 and nothing. I went online thru google checkout to check shipping and it still states not shipped. I went to heart monitors.com to check order and it says no orders placed. Probably because I went thru GoogleCheckout.com. Either way, they had already charged my debit card on 3-9-12. So, here I am...on 4/5/12 still waiting for watch. Also, on heartmonitors.com there is a place to click to contact them and it states "sorry we are not here right now". !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am very aggravated. jg
UPDATE: I would like to say that since I have posted this review the Vice-President of HeartMonitors.com, Chase Carter, has personally contacted me via email with info as to my ship date. I so appreciate his email and immediate response to my concerns. I wanted to relay his willingness and professional attention to my order and I'm sure all customers' orders. "Not good. I specifally told the rep I needed a replacemnt straps for a Polar F11 Heart Monitor and was sent a T31 strap. I could see if they sent the wrong strap but the order even said T31. Then they wouldn't reverse the charge until I sent it back. I haven't received the right strap yet.
I won't be using this company again."

"My heart monitor, ordered on March 3, a Saturday, was mailed on March 5, Monday, and I received it on Wednesday, March 7, prior to my workout at Curves. The site offered multiple heart monitors, and I chose a Timex. I have owned 2 previous strapless heart monitors, and this is by far the best one I've had. I was pleasantly surprised to receive it in 2 days, rather than the 3-4 days the site promised. If this monitor dies, I will return to this site for a replacement model."
