"Ordered a 110 volt baseboard heater and bipole thermostat on a Friday and paid for overnight shipping. Got a confirmation e-mail on Monday and the items were at my door Tuesday.

Good packaging. overall i am happy with this company."

"Bought a low voltage heater.
Shipping was a tad slow, but arrived in 10 days. No tracking number or reply email, and I had to call to confirm the order.
Overall, they seemed good, but didn't provide that warm fuzzy feeling of confidence."
