"I ordered a sauna from this company and paid with Paypal. Their website said it was in stock and would ship in five days. I called to verify my order and was told it would ship in five days. After a week passed I called again and was told it would be a couple more days. I asked for a refund and was told no problem. After more calls and promises of a refund I am trying to recover my money through Paypal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY."

"I purchased a sauna through the Heatwave Sauna store on 12/6/13. The sauna was delivered on time and without any issues. Assembly was straightforward and required only a few tools. We have been using it for a month now and am happy with the quality.

The only issue has been with how I was charged. I used Paypal and was charged an additional $76.03. They charged me twice for tax. I've been trying to get my credit now since 12/6 and have not had any luck. I've sent a half dozen emails (they have never replied). I've spoken to them a half dozen times and each time they promise to credit me back (most recently on 1/13). I have been patient with them but this should not take 6 weeks. On 1/21 I received a $50 refund. It's April and they still owe me $26.03. Stay away from this company. All they want is your money.
