"Order a pack of USB cables 2 weeks prior to trip. When I saw that I did not receive within a week a shipping confirmation, I decided to cancel my purchase.
Went to their instructions for Customer Service & Returns. Called left a detailed message to cancel my order. Sent emails to both dept. Service & Return. No response. Went on my business trip and when I returned they had mailed out the product that I had asked to cancel.
Its been a week now leaving 5 messages and sending emails to both departments and NO RESPONSE!"

On Thu, Mar 16, 2023, I emailed Hedocell that the dongle is not working for aux, but does work for power only. I asked for a return label. No response. Again on Sun, Mar 19, 2023 I emailed asking to process a replacement.
I have never got any response. My request where well within thier 30 day policy.

Never received an order confirmation or a response. Received the package on a Saturday (one week later), terrible quality and at least one item clearly did not match the description. Called Monday morning, got a message, and I left a message. Haven't received a response. I'm in the process of trying to get a refund through Paypal. I live in the southwest. From experience, I would guess this is a company in Mexico that uses a south Texas phone number to run the operation. "
