"I keep noticing that Hedocell references problem issues in their responses on this site over to their customer service e-mail address -- but when no one will respond - either via phone or e-mail -- this is really just a one way vicious cycle.

I can be understanding about stocking issues -- and really hate to write a bad review for anyone -- but the customer service department for this company appears to be non-existent.

I don't have an extremely serious issue -- but the wrong item was sent to me -- and it at least warrants a response of some kind.

Because of the blatant "blow off" factor that I have experienced, I cannot recommend this company. Shame on you, Hedocell."
