"Customer service is not even availabe at this company. They shipped wrong item, and there is no way to get a hold of them. They don't answer thier emails, and if your lucky enough to find a phone number you will get a recording. Of course they will not return calls. On the items they shipped correctly they are a good value for the price. Don't expect any confirmation on when the sale is completed, or when it is shipped. It just shows up about 10 days later. On a scale of one to ten give them a 3.5"

"Ordered a Garmin GPS Nuvi 205 Premium Car Charger. It is supposed to be compatible, but when plugged into the car, the Garmin goes into a 2-3 minute download and is trying to connect to a computer. It does this every time the car is stopped and restarted. Hedocell promptly replaced it with a new plug, but got the same results. Hedocell promptly refunded my money."
