"They sold me a defective cellphone case. A snap on it broke the first time I snapped it and unsnapped it. Obviously, a manufacturing defect. They do respond to any customer service inquiries. I tried numerous times to contact them to no avail. I cannot recommend buying stuff from these folks. They offer no customer service."

"Found them through a web search and purchased a data cable for my HTC 3125 cell phone. The price was good and the S&H reasonable. The shipping time could have been better (a full week for it to be shipped first class mail from Texas to Arkansas).
When I received the cable, it had the wrong USB connector. The actual packaging the cable came in listed several different brands of cell phone and only 3 HTC phones. None of which was my 3125.
I emailed their "****@****" as there is no phone number available to contact them. Their response was quick, but they simply stated "all HTC phones use the same connection". I got the same ignorant response more than once, even after explaining that "I have the phone and the cable in front of me and they don't fit".
After I told them I was disputing the charge with the credit card co. and would be filling complaints with the BBB and this site, I got an additional "the manufacturer states that the cable I received is compatible with all HTC phones". They refuse to tell me what model # they are talking about or even what model # they sent me. Instead they continue with the ignorance and they demand that I sent them pictures of the phone and cable endings in order to consider a refund or exchange.
I cannot be sure if they are incompetent or underhanded. They have an F rating at the Better Business Bureau of Houston for unanswered complaints.
