"Walkera HM CB180Q2 Helicopter

Completely HORRIBLE!!!!!

First, the product was defective and would only spin in circles. I contacted Helipal over email. They do not have a way to contact someone over telephone. I told them the helicopter was defective and asked what to do. They told me to trim using the remote. I told them that would not work. They told me to try and fly it again and trim it anyway. While attempting to fly it as they instructed the heli continued to spin and dropped about 12 inched onto grass breaking three different parts. I explained what happend. They instructed me to send it back and they would repair it and send it back. They sent it back. Unfortunately they did not return the charger. I asked if they could send it back and if I was ever going to be reimbursed for having to send the heli in for repairs since it was shipped to me already faulty. They finally sent the charger but refused to reimburse me for shipping the faulty product. The did nothing to make it right. The helicopter is very cheaply made and Im sure it will break. The plastic is very thin. The video makes this look like a very sturdy helicopter. It is not worth the cost of shipping. I paid $199.00 plus over $100.00 in both shipping charges. The company will not stand by their product and will not refund shipping or will not let you return the product if it is a faulty non working unit. I will not shop with this company again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not about my horrible experience. "
