"Recently I placed an order for a violin for my 11 years daughter online. After four days I got a message from customer support saying your ordered has been cancelled. Even I inquired about the order via phone and email after 2 days of the order and got message that "Your order should take about 5-7 business days for processing. Once your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number". They gave lame excuse that that "the item you purchased is OOS and they are unable to fulfill your order at this time". My question is if you don't have that item available why you put that into their website. This item is not that kind of item many people buy. I missed other good deals of this item from other websites. "

"I have made several purchases with Hello Music recently, and i am extremely happy with all of them. They have amazing prices, some of which beat those of other major retailers! The thing I appreciate most however, is Hello Music's outstanding customer service!
One gentleman by the name of Greg Barkley went out of his way to help me with some issues I had with a keyboard i purchased. I had issues with the checkout process, and again with the tracking number of the item once it was ordered, and he helped me resolve the problem. One other thing i really like about Hello Music is their Open Mic forum page, which allows musicians to earn credits to spend in the HM store, in exchange for sharing deals on musical equipment from all around the internet.
