"My bf left a review because of bad service over Christmas. I wasn't aware of this review. I stupidly had the audacity to secretly order this new helmet for him as I knew he wanted it and I knew when he had tried to purchase it before, I seen it was in stock and the deliveries are expected within 48 hours.
This afternoon there was still no delivery so I spoiled the surprise and told my man about the gift I had ordered. He was frustrated to find I'd resent his hard earned money to someone who had already let him down but I thought (incorrectly ) that if we called, someone would provide customer service that wasn't completely drowned in attitude. Boy was I wrong. I have severe anxiety so I had to get my bf to call helmet city. Thank goodness I dI'd because had the woman shouted at me that way, I would have needed meds to stop me panicking. She told my bf she would cancel the order and refund him without even letting him speak! This was meant to be a gift to him and you completely ruined that. I will remember the name now and will be certainly making my friends who are all bikers, aware of this. Even looking at the comments some of these reviews have had is horrendous. Excuse me now while I find every review site I can and be really really clear about the customer service you provide. "
