"I wouldn't shop here again. Getting in touch with customer service was next to impossible. I needed a product that was backordered. I received an e-mailing stating that, even though the item was in stock when I ordered it. I called in to cancel the order but the sales rep promised it would get there before I needed it. It sounded like they were a small shop and wanted to make things right, but they failed to deliver my product in time. I paid for return shipping since I bought the item locally since they failed to ship in time. The bright side is that I got my money credited back to my credit card. They also have a very buggy website if you click on certain links."

I Ordered my Bern Watts Carbon Fiber EPS on a Friday, it shipped the following Tuesday, and I got it that Friday; one week full turnaround is pretty good. It arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition.

With free shipping and a winter sale, I payed about 35% less than I would have with Google Product Search (about $70 off a $220 purchase).
