"I ordered my stairs on 9/6/18 it is now 9/22. They promise shipping in less than a week. None of my emails have been answered and phone is machine. Apparently their contact us button is just for looks. I payed with PayPal so I will be filing a claim immediately. I’d rather have my money and pick my dog up than buy from this , and I use this term loosely, company. Don’t waste your time or your money. Buy somewhere else."
"I ordered a much needed set of steps for our family pet who is also my service dog. I'm a US Army retired Wounded Warrior. My pet hurt itself sliding backwards off a bed. She needs the steps to prevent that from happening again. My family Veterinarian recommended Helyourpets.com. She said after our experience she won't do so again. We should have received (and were told we would receive the steps) nearly two weeks ago. They were to be shipped within 5 days of the order. Still waiting. To add insult to injury, nobody and I mean nobody at that company answers emails, nobody returns phone calls, and nobody returns text messages any longer; not a single reply. So, no matter how good their products might be, their customer service is among the worst our family has ever experienced. They don't give a darn about Wounded Warriors or their legitimate Service Dogs. Period."

"We ordered the pet stairs on the 2nd of the month on a Monday. After ordering online, I called and was told they were assembled, sitting on the floor, and would be shipped by Friday. The following week no notice of shipping. Called on a Tuesday (8 days after ordering and was told they would be shipped by Friday. Called Tuesday (now 15 days) and was told there were "issues" with UPS. No one called me or emailed me about any delays. They were finally shipped 23 days after I ordered and arrived 7 days later. Very good quality steps but customer service is terrible. Service obnly improved after I stated i was going to dispute the credit card charge."
"Company may even be out of business already! Sent email to customer service; no reply. Called and got voicemail and still waiting for return call. Clicked on link to their Facebook page that no longer exists. Bought very pricey dog steps because they are only company that makes them 33" high for my very high bed. My Maltese literally shakes in fear being near the steps because they are too narrow and treads are too short. They cost $150 before shipping so close to $200 total. Company website lists in the FAQ section that they do not pay for return shipping; so I am out at least $65. They require my getting a "return authorization number" before I can ship it back, but nobody is returning any of my messages. Don't make the same mistake I did and stay away from this company."
