"Well let's start off with the order sheet did not Match item description, item we received looked good until we go to take it out the box and notice the link is broken and the plastic sealed wrap was opened so somewhere down the line it was had gotten tampered with. We still have not got to put it on her cause it's broken. I didn't purchase insurance on it but I should have. We have a broken necklace and can't return it cause we didn't to purchase the warranty. There was no way for me to check the status online and I was forced to dial a call center, who had to call the receiving store, who had to look up the order etc. It was very time consuming and my item waited a very long time at the store because I was unaware it had arrived. The store indicates they called me ... but they did not. The number they had was not what was in my account. It was a very poor delivery experience and the technology used is very outdated / does not support self-service."

"I Love Helzbergh Diamonds!!! I have been a loyal customer since 1991. Every piece of jewelry I own is from Helzbergh with the exception of 2 pieces. I own many pieces and have always received great retail assistance. My only complaints are my hubby gave me an amazing ring Christmas 2017. There is a couple things I don't like about this piece. I can't wear it very often because it continues to dent. The Diamonds are in rows in the ring (alot of them). The very last row of diamond on both sides are very rough. It's the way they are all mounted. They SNAG on Everthing. This with the easy Denting of the ring makes it so I cannt wear it everyday. (Originally it was going to be an everyday right hand ring). I went back to Helzbergh and asked if they could do anything about how it snags on Everthing I wear. I also asked if gold could be added on the back so it would not dent as easy (at my exspence of course) and was told they could Not do that. im not happy with this piece."
