"The product itself and the online interactions I had were phenomenal. The in store experience from inquiring about it to receiving it to returning to ask questions about it were terrible enough to where I would never want to step foot in the store again. The manager on duty was incredibly rude and dismissive. She passed me off to another associate when she learned I had already made a purchase and was just there to look. That associate was less than knowledgeable about her product. I probably learned more from reading the signs in the store than I did from her. When I returned to actually get my merchandise, 3 associates were there. Two associates had their cell phones out and were leaning on the counter talking with their décolletage hanging out. One associate said hello while the other two continued to talk amongst each other about their personal lives. I was so excited to buy a piece from this particular jeweler yet will never return to a store."
