"I recived the necklace ok, I presented it to my girl friend, she loved it, but the chain was a little to long, so she returned to the store to have the chain adjusted, the clerk instead of shortening the chain as requested attempted to sell her another chain, and after asking three times to just adjust the length of the chain, the clerk stormed off saying she had to ask in the back. When she returned she told my girl friend that it would take two weeks, my girl friend asks if it needs to be sent in to be shortened, the clerk said no it would take that long because they are to back logged with work, well if this is your after the sale service then you have just lost a customer, I wil never buy from you again nor will I recommend your store to anyone. a chain adjustment should take no longer than 30 minutes tops."
