"I ordered 2 items. Earrings are fine and I got what I wanted. The 2nd item - a custom necklace with my initials arrived today. The chain is in a BIG KNOT. The initials on the pendant can are indistinguishable and do not look like initials at all. I'm extremely annoyed and dissatisfied with the chain being in a knot."

I only saw it once when I first entered it. Then there was no double check or review once so ever. Also on shipping I had information saying that UPS was delivering on a certain date. Well the package came two days earlier than expected by fed ex. Being a surprise for someone this was very problematic. I had no idea what Fed Ex was delivering so thank god I was home to check package on my own. My wife would have opened it otherwise. I had no communication with shipping until I got an alert from Fed Ex that a package was coming. It had no info but a tracking number making me wonder what it was myself. I was expecting a package from UPS like i mentioned two days later. Just poor shipping info. Need to be specific with people and exact being most of items ordered on this site are most likely a surpris"
