"It was very difficult to find what I was looking for on the website. I was looking for stackable rings. It is only because I went through every piece of jewelry that I found these lab grown rings. I looked for the real stones I'ld seen in the store and they were even harder to find on the website and when I could find them they were more expensive than the ones in the store. Both types of the stackable rings also didn't show up each time I searched the website. The filters didn't seem to work so I had to search every category and all items. Neither the gems (4 colors) or lab grown sets ( 6 choices) were presented together even though they were intended to be worn together. That presentation would make a complete, greater, sale more likely. I first saw the real gems in the store and looked on line everywhere to find them. Helzberg didn't come up in my google search. I had to think to go the your website to see what I could find on line and only because I saw them in the store."

"This was an AWFUL experience. I ordered this gift for my niece's birthday and she never got her present. I was not made aware when I ordered this that someone needed to be home to sign for it and when the notes were left on the door there was no contact information for my sister in law to schedule a good time to pick it up elsewhere. As they work full time, deliveries in the middle of the day do not work. I never received a tracking information email to tell them to be looking for it and in the end it was deemed undeliverable and she didn't get the present. I called customer service and the **** the phone was nice and did her job but told me that she could not turn it around and would be refunded upon return (that still has not happened) and I could order again. No way I was ordering another shipment from Helzberg after this debacle. Way too much of a hassle for the receiving party."
