"Purchasing & receiving product was flawless. Purchased a protection plan without reading all the rules and decided to return protection plan (we were told it could be returned within 30 days). We had another repairman lined up and would have voided protection plan. Called online, was told I needed to visit the store (evansville, indiana), store refused and sent me back to the call center. To receive a refund I was told to mail back the care card when it arrived in the mail, but one was not included in the package. 2 more calls later I finally got someone to issue a refund. The check came in the mail today. Your customer care systems were a nightmare to work with and it was much harder to do what I needed to do than they made it. I have zero confidence in your customer service and will never purchase anything from helzburg because of how poorly I was treated."
